The restaurant at Savage & Cooke serves up Blanchard’s famous fried chicken and soulful southern sides that pair exceptionally well with our curated craft cocktails. The menu, designed by Master Sommelier and Kentucky Colonel Chris Blanchard, focuses on southern fare and many of the selections are family recipes perfected over generations. Chef Tatiana Abrea is at the heart of the kitchen and oversees each and every meal that is served at the distillery. Our full bar showcases a range of spirits, alongside our own spirits, and is a destination for craft cocktail fans. Several classic cocktails are the foundation of the menu, along with a rotating list of seasonally inspired cocktails. Come on by the restaurant, which is located right inside the distillery, Thursday – Sunday from 12pm – 7pm. No reservations are needed but feel free to call if you have a large group.
